We're thrilled to share an exciting construction milestone at Vista Townhomes — Phase 2 has reached lock-up stage, and drywall is now going up!
What Does Lock-Up Mean?
Lock-up is a significant construction milestone — it means the exterior of the building is fully enclosed. The roof is on, windows are in, and doors are hung. The homes are now protected from the elements, and the focus shifts to the beautiful interiors that will define life at Vista.
What's Happening Inside
With the structure secured, our trades are now busy installing drywall throughout the Phase 2 units. This is when the homes truly start to take shape — rooms become rooms, and you can really begin to feel the spaciousness of each 1,840+ square foot layout.
Following drywall, work will progress quickly through finishing, cabinetry, fixtures, and the high-end finishings that make every Vista home exceptional — quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, glass-enclosed showers, and more.
Early Summer 2026 Completion
Phase 2 units are on track for completion in early summer 2026. This is an exciting time for buyers who have been waiting — you're just weeks away from stepping into your brand new Vista home.
Don't Miss Your Opportunity
A limited number of Phase 2 townhomes remain available. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and stunning south-west facing mountain and lake views, Vista is one of the most exceptional offerings in the Cowichan Valley.
