Construction Complete at Vista — Phase Three Breaks Ground This Fall

There's one milestone every development is built toward, and Vista Townhomes has reached it: construction on Phases One and Two is complete. Landscaping is in its final stages across the site, and for the first time, Vista looks less like a project and more like the community it was always meant to be.

Construction Complete, Community Taking Shape

Every unit in Phases One and Two is now finished — from the exteriors and rooflines that define Vista's character to the interior finishes buyers walk through today. With landscaping largely wrapped up as well, the streetscape is finally complete end to end: mature plantings, walkways, and the low-slung, natural-material palette that ties each home into the surrounding Cowichan Valley landscape.

It's the kind of moment that's easy to undersell in a construction update, but it matters. Buyers touring Vista now aren't looking at renderings or imagining a finished product — they're walking through one.

Where Things Stand

We're now 50% sold across the first two phases. In Phase One, units 113, 117, and 121 have sold, leaving one final opportunity: unit 115. In Phase Two, units 123 and 125 remain available.

For buyers who've been watching Vista from a distance, this is the moment the inventory conversation gets real. With the community complete and half of the first two phases already spoken for, what's left won't be available indefinitely.

Looking Ahead: Phase Three Begins This Fall

With Phases One and Two complete, we're turning to what's next. Construction on Phase Three begins this fall, bringing three new walk-up units — 122, 124, and 126 — to Vista. These homes will carry the same design language as the rest of the community: the same warm exterior palette, the same quality of interior finish, built to feel like a natural continuation of what's already here rather than a separate chapter.

Phase Three is targeted for occupancy in spring or summer of 2027, and buyers who want to get in early have the advantage of choosing their unit before construction reaches the finishing stages. We've put together the floor plans and site plan so you can see exactly how these walk-up units are laid out and where they sit within the community: vistatownhomes.ca/floor-plans.

Whether you're drawn to a finished, move-in-ready home in Phase One or Two, or want to get in early on Phase Three, now is a meaningful moment to take a closer look at what's happening at Vista.
